I’m so glad you’ve found me! As you’ve probably guessed, I’m a Productivity Coach for people with ADHD. My biggest focus is helping with things like Executive Dysfunction, Planning, and Energy Consideration (that’s making sure that you’re thinking about your energy when you plan stuff).

I know how it feels to think that you’re lazy, not trying hard enough, not focusing enough, or not doing enough, and the fact is that’s not true AT ALL. Usually, the problem is due to our world and my industry not having evolved enough to recognize that all of us can get things done if we’re just given the right tools, and taught how to work WITH our brains instead of AGAINST them or trying to change them.

I’ve been through that slog, and I want to make it easier for you, and for others like you.
